In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document and all related ph351 policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the ph351 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines pursuant to PAGCOR regulations. ph351 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons may not register a ph351 Account.
• You must be legally permitted to use online gambling services under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so in violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such person, employed by ph351 or any of its associated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court-ordered gambling prohibition, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

ph351 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the ph351 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your own name (Smart, Globe, or DITO);
• A date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• A secure password of your choosing that meets ph351's minimum password complexity requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. ph351 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify ph351 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. Contact ph351 support via live chat or email at [email protected] for urgent Account security concerns.

ph351 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. By registering an Account, you consent to these verification procedures.

KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal request. You may deposit and play immediately upon registration; however, withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. Required documentation includes, but may not be limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document bearing your full legal name, photograph, and date of birth. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Philippine National ID (PhilSys), SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID.
• Proof of Age: The same document used for Proof of Identity is generally sufficient, provided it displays your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Selfie Verification: A clear, current photograph of you holding your primary identification document.
• Source of Funds (if requested): For higher-value withdrawal requests or as part of enhanced due diligence, ph351 may request documentation establishing the lawful source of funds deposited into your Account.

ph351 aims to process completed KYC submissions within 24 hours. Documents that are blurry, expired, incomplete, or do not match the Account registration details will be rejected, and you will be notified to resubmit. ph351 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time and to suspend Account access pending the outcome of such procedures.

ph351 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made at ph351:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts (e.g., GCash wallets, bank accounts) that are registered in your own name and match the identity information on your ph351 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Funds deposited into your ph351 Real Money Balance may be used for wagering on any eligible game or product on the Platform.
• ph351 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph351 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash, Maya, and QR Ph. Bank transfer processing times depend on the originating institution and may vary.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect deposit amount being credited, ph351 reserves the right to correct the balance. Any winnings derived from an erroneously credited amount during the period of the error may be voided.

ph351 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits are subject to automated monitoring. ph351 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

ph351 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and without unreasonable delay. The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your ph351 Account:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a particular withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your ph351 Account identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within 15–45 minutes during Philippine banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM).
• ph351 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Such checks are conducted in good faith and are aimed at protecting both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.
• Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements for those bonuses have been fully satisfied.

If a withdrawal request is declined, ph351 will notify the Player and provide a reason for the decline. In most cases, declined withdrawals are due to incomplete KYC, insufficient Real Money Balance (relative to active bonus wagering requirements), or a suspected breach of these Terms.

ph351 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 7, as well as any specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are available to Players aged 21 years and above only.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim any given ph351 bonus once per household, device, IP address, payment account, and registered identity.
• Bonuses credited to your Account are added to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be transferred to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are stated on the applicable promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance and any wagering-requirement-bound winnings.
• During active wagering requirements, withdrawals of Real Money Balance may be permitted; however, the Bonus Balance and any bonus-tied winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• ph351 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Material changes to active bonus offers will be communicated to affected Players.

7.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20% of wagers placed). The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Slots generally contribute 100% to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus — is prohibited. ph351 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is reasonably suspected, following an investigation.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the ph351 Platform. Additional game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.

• All casino games offered on the ph351 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or are provided by licensed live dealer studios using real equipment under controlled conditions.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game outcome will be determined by the Platform's server records. Any bet that was placed and accepted by the server before the disconnection will be settled according to the server's recorded result.
• ph351 and its game providers reserve the right to void a game round or bet in the event of a technical malfunction that materially affected the game outcome. ph351 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore their staked amounts where a void is applied.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. ph351 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• For sports betting, all bets are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and market, as well as ph351's sports betting rules, which are accessible from the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of odds. ph351 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Any error in the odds or payouts displayed on the ph351 Platform — whether due to a technical fault or human error — does not give rise to a valid claim. ph351 reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or payouts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph351 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph351 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances in such Accounts pending investigation.

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ph351;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in multiplayer games;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ph351 staff, agents, or other Players;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud measures implemented by ph351;
• Conducting unauthorized charge-backs or payment reversals on deposits made to the Platform.

ph351 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. ph351 recognizes that, for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and it takes its obligations to protect vulnerable players seriously.

ph351 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings after login, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from the ph351 Platform for a period of 30, 90, or 180 days. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Upon expiry, reinstatement requires a deliberate affirmative action by the Player.

ph351 strictly enforces the PAGCOR minimum gambling age of 21 years. ph351 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (which are illustrative and not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable ph351 policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• A request by the Player (voluntary Account closure);
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order;
• Extended inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Upon permanent closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's last registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraudulent activity, underage gambling, or AML violations — ph351 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and to forfeit the balance where the breach warrants such action under applicable law.

All content on the ph351 Platform — including but not limited to the ph351 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to ph351 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine intellectual property legislation.

By accessing the ph351 Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content for any commercial purpose;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Use ph351's trademarks, trade names, or logos without ph351's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ph351's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph351's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited as follows:

• ph351 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• ph351's total aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising in any given calendar month shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total net deposits made by the Player during that calendar month; or (b) ₱50,000;
• ph351 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of God, government actions, or third-party payment processing failures;
• ph351 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph351's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by ph351's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ph351; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ph351 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to ph351's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph351 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and management;
• Identity verification and KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring;
• Regulatory compliance and reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine authorities;
• Providing customer support;
• Sending promotional communications to Players who have opted in to receive them.

ph351 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios) strictly as necessary for the delivery of Platform services. ph351 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the ph351 Platform at ph351.org/terms-conditions with the updated effective date clearly indicated.

For material changes to these Terms — that is, changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — ph351 will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ph351 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ph351 recommends reviewing the Terms whenever you receive a notification of an update or at least once per quarter.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, ph351 encourages Players to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ph351 support at [email protected]. ph351 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter to both parties' satisfaction within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint.

Formal Disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes related to the ph351 Platform's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, you may also refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

No Class Actions: To the extent permitted by Philippine law, any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You hereby waive any right to participate in class action or representative proceedings against ph351.
